The safari involves finding suitable candidates for available jobs and making a profitable match. Most head hunters don’t attend formal schooling to become an expert at finding clients the right job or the right job candidate. Really successful head hunters can earn well into six figures annually, but must be able to withstand the lean times when no new job candidates are on the horizon and current clients are just not ready to hire for that plum assignment.
